The opening of the exhibition has been made to coincide with the IV edition of Winter Polo, a networking day with entrepreneurs from the cultural, audiovisual and entertainment creative sector that is held every Christmas in this space


17/12 / 2021.- The National Digital Content Pole, in Tabacalera, today inaugurated an exhibition of digital works by four internationally renowned artists from Malaga. This sample can be visited for free until next January 23. Specifically, it shows the works of Pablo Dawid, with an overlay exhibition of digital photographs; José Serrano “The Itinerarium”, with a selection of 3D cartographic maps; Artaffa Studio, with thematic collections certified with tokens, and Manuel Camino, with a selection of animations and illustrations.


Jobs Paul David They are about speed in a global and digital world that allows us to move in seconds from one place to another in the world with little effort. Dawid (www.instagram.com/pablo_dawid_artist/) is an architect and has worked in Malaysia, Singapore and London, places where he has developed his profession while exhibiting his creations in various places, including the National Library of Singapore and mural art in Old Street London. He currently combines his creative work with teaching at the El Romeral school in Malaga in subjects such as technology, technical drawing and plastic.


Xebius (www.instagram.com/xebius_art/) is the stage name of Manuel Way. This advertising creative director and visual artist is the designer of the Xbox 360 video game console. For his works he uses illustration, photo-manipulation and 3D techniques. This artist, “half Malaga half Canary”, has developed a wide career in the advertising world developing campaigns for such important firms as Nike, Xbox, Suzuki, Sony, Footlocker, Mercedes, Microsoft, Nestlé, Johnnie Walker, Heineken, Twitter, Samsung , HP, or KIA. He has worked in Spain, Sweden, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, the United States, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore and Japan.


artaffa (www.artaffa.com) is a Digital Art studio, led by Milena Rojas and Diana Martínez, two entrepreneurs from the Digital Pole who develop their work through Series or Thematic Collections grouped in time; Its application is made on various substrates and sectors, from Digital, through Fashion, Gourmet or Architecture. He currently certifies his work in Tokens with Blockchain.


Juan J Serrano He was born in Malaga in 1985. Since he was little, he was fascinated by cartography; probably long before I even knew what that word meant. Now, from Bydgoszcz (Poland), where he currently resides and works as a graphic designer, he presents his first exhibition in his native land, consisting of 10 3D elevations of maps of different parts of Spain in The Itinerarium (www.instagram.com/the.itinerarium/)

This digital exhibition and the videos of the entrepreneurs can be visited free of charge and open to the general public from December 17 to January 23, 2022 (except holidays) from 8:00 a.m. to 22:00 p.m. at the Polo facilities of Digital Content, in Tabacalera, Málaga.



The opening of this exhibition has been made to coincide with the celebration, this morning, of the fourth edition of Winter Polo 2021, a networking day with entrepreneurs from the cultural, audiovisual and entertainment creative sector. With this Christmas event, it is intended to publicize the local talent of professionals in Malaga, as well as to facilitate a meeting point for new generations of young creatives from the Digital Pole, in their commitment to culture through the use of the audiovisual as a tool.


This year, the day began with a video game marketing workshop, organized by the Go2Work program of the School of Industrial Organization (EOI) and the City Council, and given by Ian Bermejo, CEO of Cooking and Publishing. The objective is to publicize marketing strategies to sell and market video games or audiovisual content on different platforms and consoles.


Likewise, videos made by the companies and audiovisual entrepreneurs hosted at the Pole have also been screened, in which they have presented their projects. To this have been added activities such as a ping-pong tournament and a Christmas networking, in which the more than 100 inhabitants of the Pole have played video games.
