Free Amazon Web Services resources for the inhabitants of the Pole

The National Pole of Digital Content of Malaga and Amazon Web Services offer companies and entrepreneurs who live in the Pole some free bonuses to use the resources available on the platform at no cost.

Specifically, all members of the Pole will be able to use the AWS platform through the benefits offered by the AWS Activate program, which consist of:

  • $5.000 over two years on AWS services.
  • 1 year of access to AWS Business Support, for an amount of up to $1.500.

To benefit from this solution, those interested must have an AWS account and insert the following code into it: 1YO8t.

The benefits of the AWS Activate program are usually strictly aimed at startups, but in the case of the Digital Content Pole, Amazon will offer them to all inhabitants, whether or not they are startups.

We leave you below the instructions that we receive from AWS for the AWS Activate application:

  • First, make sure you meet the portfolio eligibility criteria. AWS Activate.
  • Then sign in to your AWS account where you would like to receive AWS Credits. If you don't have an AWS account, you can create one for free here!. Make sure the AWS account is accurate, as you won't be able to transfer credits to another account in the future.
  • then click here! to request AWS Activate.
  • Select “Activate Wallet” and enter our case-sensitive Organization ID (1YO8t) to authenticate your request. Note: This Organization ID is a unique, case-sensitive identifier and should not be shared.
  • Complete the application form in its entirety and submit it; It will only take you a few minutes to complete it. Make sure that the information you provide matches the information in your AWS account (for example, your company name and email address).
