What is the Pole

Metaverse and XR

The Metaverse, understood as the virtual world you can connect to using a series of devices that allow you to enter and interact with all its elements, is here to stay.

It has become a major challenge for innovation and technology, and an opportunity for companies and entrepreneurs, in addition to giving meaning to the use of current technologies and continuing to advance their development.

This paradigm also directly impacts professional profiles, as the Metaverse already demands new professions, equipped with new skills and adapted to this environment that constantly creates new business opportunities that were previously unimaginable.

The aim of this initiative is to create an advanced research center where companies, universities, and entrepreneurs can experiment with the trends and developments brought by the evolution of the Metaverse and all the technologies that will accompany this new concept.

It will also include transversal technologies in the sector such as 6G, Supercomputing, Virtual Reality, Blockchain, etc.
